So what the heck is a book blog tour?
It's a virtual tour to help promote an author and their book(s). It's virtual because it's all online promotion by participating blogs. So instead of having to go to physical places (like a book store or convention), the author is visiting online book blogs.
A tour "stop" is a type of promotion, it can be a review, a guest post, (spotlight) promotional post, giveaway, or interview.
